No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, except in the rare case that your item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must:
Notify us within 3 days of delivery at info@pupucreations.com
Include your order number, clear photos, and a brief description of the issue
Ensure the item is:
Unused
In original condition
In the original packaging
If approved, we will offer:
A repair,
A replacement (if available), or
A full refund to your original payment method.
We do not accept claims submitted after the 3-day window.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we begin preparing your handmade order and cannot cancel or change it.
Why This Policy?
Our Niʻihau jewelry is not imported or mass-produced. Each piece is handcrafted with care, making it truly one of a kind. Slight differences in color, pattern, or shell texture are natural and intentional, and are not considered defects.
